Doing Requests/Commissions and the Rules

Hello! My name is Lyndian, or you and call be Jhahipooboo or Lyndia.  I've recently put up requests, and I encourage you to ask me to draw you something! Hey, it's free for crying out loud! But, I have rules for requests. (Which also apply for commissions)

Rules:
Rule #1: No sexual kinks or fetishes. DeviantArt is for art, not pornography.
Rule #2: I DO have the right to say no. If I find your request or commission not suitable for DeviantArt or my account, I have the right to say no.
Rule #3: Communication is key for drawing requests and commissions (at least for me). So if I ask you a lot of questions or have you explain your vision a bit more, don't feel bad or annoyed. I'm merely helping the piece and it's quality!
Rule #4: If you do commissions, PAY UP! I put time and energy into your commission, yet of you don't pay your end of the deal, the long time I've spent drawing YOUR character(s) is gone, and worthless.
Rule #5: Don't claim my work was your own, that's just not right.
Rule #6: No refunds.
Rule #7: This is not really a rule, but please, don't be afraid to talk to me. If you feel unsatisfied with your commission or request, tell me. I am more than happy to you help out. Or if you want to comment about the art or request more than one request or commission JUST DO IT! I love hearing feedback and drawing, so meh!

 Sorry if these rules seemed too strict or mean, I just need to lay down a few rules.
